Join us for a First Line Supervisor School like no other. Open to sworn & civilian staff. Current & future supervisors are encouraged to attend. This school will be held at the John H. Stamler Police Academy in Union County, New Jersey.

Unfortunately, many new supervisors are asked to lead, motivate, and hold people accountable… without being given the proper tools to do so. Supervising and leading on the front line of today’s law enforcement agencies requires a specialized skill-set. Fortunately, these skills can be learned.
