Ed Pallas is and has become an ever increasingly bulwark in our great region, and has helped many on the road to achieving their own success from which they all come to learn of this thing called leadership!  The quest to understand leadership is not new, but ed has delved into the intrinsic and sublime of this wonderful study and emerged with an often unique and certainly elucidating perspective of this wonderful subject and has himself emerged victorious in his own personal quest to understand this subject and make us all better leaders in our own respective right!  All those who have had the opportunity to sit under his tutelage emerge themselves from the void of understanding this subject to a newly found appreciation for the man and for this great and wonderful subject.

Many thanks to the man for his joy of learning, for his lifelong desire for a better understanding of this great subject and Aldo for his never-ending effort to share his findings with our region and with us all!

Ed was very personable and engaging and it was clear that he had a passion for sharing his leadership knowledge. Ed is a subject matter expert in leadership and police culture and I was honored to learn from him. I greatly enjoyed Ed's teaching style and his ability to relate the material to real life scenarios. I highly recommend Ed as a leadership expert. My biggest takeaway from Ed was that we must all be lifelong students of leadership.
